CHECK-IN: Please arrive 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled treatment to allow time for intake paperwork and consultation.
LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive on time for treatments. We may have others scheduled after you and will shorten your treatment if you are late so as to not cut into their scheduled time slot.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a credit card for all appointments and at least 24 hours notice for cancellation to avoid being charged the full price for your treatment.
JEWELRY: Please remove necklaces, large earrings, watches, &/or bracelets prior to receiving treatment. These items impede access to vital areas which may be holding stressors. True Massage Therapy shall not be liable for loss of personal items.
MAKEUP & HAIR: There is no need to wear makeup. It may wear off while your face is in the face cradle. It would be best to make hairstyling appointments after any massage. If you do have your hair done prior to your massage, please let your therapist know so they may take extra precautions.
DRUG & ALCOHOL USE: For the safety of our staff and service providers, drug and alcohol use &/or abuse will not be tolerated. Guests under any influence will be denied service.
GIFT CARD SALES: Show your love. Woo your client. Thank your babysitter. Whatever the occasion, spoil your friends, family or co-workers with a True Massage experience. All gift card sales are final.
VOLUME LEVELS: Please lower vocal volumes upon entering so as to not disturb clients in session.
ALLERGIES: Please inform your therapist of any allergies you may have prior to the beginning of the session.
FEEDBACK: Please inform your provider if you are uncomfortable or have any questions. This is the only way we can ensure the highest quality massage for you.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS: Anyone under 17 must have signed permission and a release from a parent or legal guardian. Those under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the massage treatment area for the duration of the treatment. Clients under 14 must also be with same gender therapist.
